How am I alerted in case of a problem?

In case of a problem, you will receive alerts at 3 levels to ensure maximum responsiveness:

1️⃣ Mobile notification: You will be immediately informed via the NOVOSTABLE app.

2️⃣ WhatsApp or SMS: If the alert requires more urgent attention, you will receive a message on WhatsApp or an SMS.

3️⃣ Phone call: In critical situations, we will contact you directly by phone to inform you and assist you.
